Haha, look, I'm saying he thinks he knows what's best for everyone and now he acts like a god more than ever. A man of the people is one that carries them behind him because it's something they all cried out for. Not someone that makes choices for them.

There is a difference between taking a proactive measure under a state of emergency and being a god.A god/savior swoop down from the sky and "save" people then dissappear.really?Who was it that actually talked to the rioters and common folks in pkj's issue?who stood up defending th child and in conflict zone?Heck! mister miracle and guardian where there for the people more than these guys.It doesn't matter what your political leaning is.If you aren't doing your job and causing people trouble/suffering.Then You are corrupt.Superman would take you down. It's as simple as that.with pen or sword.

It wasn't PKJ, it was Sean Lewis (though, considering Lewis will write the back-ups of PKJ's issues after March, they probably have similar views). And yes, that's another thing that weirds me out with Jon in the rest of Future State: he's established as the kind of guy who stays after the emergency, and then he isn't.

They do emphasize in the back-ups to Superman of Metropolis that the average citizen sort of looks at the conflicts Superman and his villains are involved in as conflicts between Gods, far above them. It's just not how it comes accross as when seeing it from Jon's perspective.

Superwoman goes to second prints. It's my favorite Super-verse issue so far, so this makes me very happy.

Shocked to see Flash get a second printing, that book was terrible. Superman of Metropolis is the only first week book that didn’t get a second printing now. Glad to see Superwoman did well, maybe that will encourage DC to give Bennett a relaunched Supergirl book.

I'm picking it up today on the art alone. Hope I love it as much as you did.

I'm REALLY looking forward to SUPERWOMAN, should be able to get my copy soon. Hopefully it'll be launched as an ongoing Post-March.

The Tim Fox Batman mini that just got announced makes me hope that maybe we’ll get something similar for Kara: A digital first ongoing/mini that later gets put out in physical. DC seems to be making a strong push into digital, that Fox mini coming to digital first and LCS months later is going to have retailers howling.

I honestly don’t know how you’ll receive it. You were one of the ones who prefer a lighter Kara right? That’s definitely in the book, but the way Bennett deals with it definitely might not be to your liking.

I've also got a problem with anyone who puts Krypto in the ground but I can't pass up on that art.

No,there was jon talking to the people before he bottled the city in jon's flashback with "free metropolis" signs. He is very much aware of people's opinion. That was by pkj,right?.@bold,how can we come to that conclusion?I mean, the story isn't over yet in that book. And it very much is.That's why characters like bibbo matters.

A little bit I noticed : Jon seems to be working real close with Midnighter in SM/WW. Is it a wink at the Superman leads the authority's rumor from 5G ?

Midnighter will be a backup in the Superbooks come March. Looks like they’re planning to integrate him into the Metropolis family.

PKJ has not written Jon yet. You liked Sean Lewis.

People complain about Batman in the book? Fine, we'll make pseudo-Batman a Metropolis character.

Call me a hypocrite but I’ll take Midnighter. He’s cool and he’s LGBT which the Superfamily currently does not have anyone else representing that community.
