Looking to come back to the Batbooks after a 2-3 years away. What are good starting points for the current titles?

Zero Year is just about done over in Batman, a new arc is starting in August.
A new creative team just took over Detective Comics as of a couple issues ago, so you can start reading that off the stands right now.
Batman : Eternal just launched about a month ago and is a weekly title, so that's another book you could start picking up right away.
Grayson is starting next month.

Batman #21 for Zero Year, or #34 to come back to present day stuff.
Detective Comics had a new creative team for #30
Batman Eternal #1, obviously
Batman and Robin #29 began the Hunt for Robin
Grayson #1 is out soon
