I really liked to read both books. I think the stories were solid and the outcome satisfying. It makes sense now as the big arc is ending. They clearly wanted to let it clear that Ivy will be an anti hero and not full time villain.

Olus the art was gorgeous and I’m already obsessed with her new look.

It's complicated. This isn't Pamela Isley, it's someone infected by a Poison Ivy spore and transforming into a new version.

We're probably going to see the original Ivy to resolve this version.

that reminds me of how some versions of Ivy could make pod people. Yeah... the "henchman" sort of pod people. Not the mindless monster kind.

She hasn't physically appeared but they've mentioned her a lot.

I would say it's solid for the kind of TV Bat-affiliated series it's trying to be with a little more relationship drama than Superhero/Crime drama this season in particular, so it might depend on how much of that you're willing to invest in. But I think it's pretty solid. It's nowhere near as all over the place as LoT.

I think they tried to create a bodice skeleton based on flower baskets, especially the horizontal binding.



I kind of prefer it as it has a little more flair than her current bodice in comics which is just a tree trunk.
