I think it's kind of sweet that this relationship has just been lowkey ongoing in the background. Would love to see more, but it's nice to know it wasn't just thrown away.

As someone that fluctuates regarding how i feel about this character *and* not really embracing Anthony Mackie early on......

I'm absolutely cheesing after seeing the trailer for the new show.

Sam has always been a character i really wanted to embrace more but couldn't bring myself to due to the characters history. That hesitance to embrace is slowly being chipped away at.

I agree. It makes his last costume look really drab by comparison.

Finally got this scanned and cleaned up. Might color might not, time willing.

The Falcon and Winter Soldier show looks awesome. Its a shame the comic was so short lived, I'm hoping the series will allow for more Sam in the comics as well.

While I hated the Snap retcon, I did love that Steve Englehart made Sam an aerial hero.

Even more, Sam went to T'Challa for the wings.

Can you imagine the synergy if we seen that on screen? T'Challa and Sam reaching out and working to craft tech wings for flying. Maybe there could be some kind of exoskeleton that can augment wearer's strength slightly to accommodate for landing, takeoffs, and carrying extra weight.
