How many comic companies have used the name "Miss America"?

Well, the Quality Comics version ran in Military Comics #1-7; issue #7 was cover-dated February 1942. That version was later used by DC Comics.
Timely Comics, the predecessor to modern-day Marvel Comics, introduced their own "Miss America" in Marvel Mystery Comics #49 (November 1943). Marvel also introduced a newer version, Miss America Chavez, in 2011.
Beyond those, I'm not aware of any other recurring characters in American comic book stories named "Miss America" unless they were representing participants in the Miss America pageant / competition.

Once it was decided that Miss America would become the post-CoIE replacement for Golden Age Wonder Woman back in the 1940s, she appeared in Secret Origins #26 (May 1988)
