I'm goind to read it for Si and Kurt...love them both...but the rest of the cast nor the artist excite me that much! (apart from Dr. Nemesis who we don't wee in the preview.)

I thought the other guys (DJ is it?) looks too much like Rictor.

DJ was killed with other kids on the infamous bus explosion by the Purifiers. So he never had the time to shine. So now he is finally back. I predict he will be one of the rising stars of 2021.

So far he has 6 types of powers depending on what music he listens to.

Acoustic Eclectic Mimicry: DJ possesses the ability to transform music to create various effects. Different styles of music create different effects, all depending on what he is listening to.

Concussive Blasts: "Hard" music like rock allows him to generate damaging blasts.

Forcefields: Classical music allows him to create forcefields.

Photokinesis: Dance music enables him to create blinding lights.

Flight: Gospel music allows him to fly.

Healing: Blues music grants him the ability to heal others. Not himself however.

Chronokinesis: Techno music allows Mark to stop time within his immediate vicinity

He is one of the Academy X. Killed by the Purifiers after M-Day, resurrected in X-Factor recently.

Eventhough the premise is sound, I'm not at all keen on the cast other than Nightcrawler. I would've been more enthused (as I was with Hellions) if the art was much more engaging and interesting. I'm not completely writing it off as yet...April is a ways away.

That guy had a unique power. It was a huge waste to kill him, but now he is in the hands of a creative writer. (I'm still cautious, though)

I’ve long thought that Kurt should get on well with teenagers, he wrote the book on being an outsider, he’s a good listener, in the real world, he’s the sort of person who’d go into youth work or social work.
