I'm a fan, and under Spurrier's pen Doc Nemesis is a favorite; he was a highlight of Spurrier's X-Force.
Eh, I don't know where you got that interpretation from, especially when the only issue of Kurt suggesting that he needed to estabilsh a mutant religion (which we don't know anything about so far, so there's nothing to say that he will cast aside his faith or not) had him questioning the nature of the ressurection protocols and the new normalcy for mutantkind - the opposite of claiming mutants are gods now. The desire to create a mutant religion at the end of issue came out of him needing to think about how his faith interacts with the context mutants are living in now

Le Suck it, Dolphin!
-God I am so tired.
SCOTT SUMMERS AND EMMA FROST DESERVED BETTER.
Why are people reacting to the art? It seems rather straight forward with a focus on shadows.
I don't know about fan favorite as in most popular. But if Fan favorite just means well liked then yes. I thought people generally enjoy Dr. Nemesis. I know I do and I'm happy to see more of him. Its not like he appears often enough to out stay his welcome.
If we are talking about C (or is this maybe D) list character that are popular than Pixie, Blink, and Dr. Nemesis all seem accurate as fan favorites.

Yes! YES! Y! E! S!
Give me that deep theological X-Book!
I am so happy that we are having a book that will focus on this aspect of Krakoa.
We already have X-Books that focus on X-Magiks (Excalibur), X-Government (X-Men), X-Youths (New Mutants, Children of The Atom), X-Military (X-Force), X-Police (X-Factor), X-GDP (Marauders), and X-NASA (SWORD).
So it totally makes sense to have a book that focuses on X-theology and to have Kurt being the lead is genius.
I for one cannot wait.
