Red X was Dick's identity what one point, maybe like in the cartoon? And someone assumed the persona inspired by Dick cause something happened. It looks like he go to Titans Academy and then became Red X.

Also, doesn't looks like it's Bao.

I’m assuming that things went down similar to how they occurred in the cartoon. I’m glad they added that bit of history to comics continuity. It keeps Red X’s origin connected to Dick Grayson. He should definitely get credit for creating the identity.

Well looks like its up to Red X to protect Titans Academy from the Suicide Squad....but this is a guy in an old dick grayson costume vs Superboy and Talon, one a clone of superman the other a undead super warrior who nearly killed Batman. The only one he has a chance against is likely Peacemaker.

I’m assuming that this is someone who is completely new. Preexisting characters already with the titans or that we have seen in Flashbacks are either accounted for or they are dead, so unless some pre-established characters we haven’t seen before make an appearance I’m going to assume this is a new guy we don’t know yet.
