They could, sure. But i wouldn't want them to bring it back unless it used traditional cel animation. That was part of its charm for me.

Cel Animation isn't as widely used in the industry anymore. It's mostly all digital. It'll look just like the 2011 series as a result.

Maybe, but I would think companies know that fans like things to be as close to the original as possible. At least anime companies, that is.

Gundaminfo-the official youtube channel-unfortunately pulled G Gundam under less than two months. The series is available on Crunchyroll but the quality is pretty bad compared to the GI stream.

Wonder if it's only a temporary thing as they're doing a limited Gundam movie marathon this month.

Voice actor and mecha designs for Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's island. Funny thing is, the Zaku design here-with a slimmer profile and longer 'snout'-is clearly a nod to the off-model Zaku II shots in the "lost" episode.

Well, the manga is getting a sequel series. So I bet an adaptation of that might be on the cards eventually. So maybe it's second time lucky?
