Wow. Not very often these days I hear about a DC character I’ve never heard of before.
Because it was MacGregor and Colan, I picked it, and really enjoyed it. Two series, IIRC.
Age/Bronze, Age/Reptiles, Alex&Ada, Anne Bonnie, Astro City, Bone, Briggs Land, Cerebus, Criminal, Courtney Crumrin, Eleanor & the Egret, Fables, Fatale, Fell, Grass Kings, Green Valley, Goon, Gotham Midnight, Groo, Hellboy, Hillbilly, Incognegro, Jack Staff, JL8, Jonah Hex, Kane, Lazarus, Little Nemo, Lone Wolf, Next Wave, Popeye, Powers, Princess Ugg, Resident Alien, SiP, Squirrel Girl, Stray Bullets, 10G, Thief of Thieves, Tuki, Uncle Scrooge, Usagi, Velvet
Really?
They even had a version of "Nathaniel Dusk" as a movie character for Doomsday Clock, didn't they? (Granted, it wasn't the same thing as the 1980s comic books, but at least the name would have been out there.)
There was even going to be a collected edition of the two volumes of the comic book, originally announced back in 2018 (see: https://community.cbr.com/showthread...Nathaniel-Dusk), but that seems to have just fallen by the wayside as far as I'm aware.
I need to reacquaint myself this. I read the first mini around the time came out but I never read the sequel. Interesting thing about the art, it was colored from Gene's pencils without going to inks. That helped to create an interesting moody effect.
