    Default DCEU Supergirl

Synopsis for "Man of Steel: The Prequel"

Long, long ago, on Krypton, Kara Zor-El and five other crew members in training underwent a test to determine which of them was prepared to undertake a mission. As they made their way through Krypton's wilderness. Kara decided the quickest way to finish the test was to split up. Dev-Em was unwilling to obey her orders, so he left with his partner. Kara's friend Thara Ak-Var worried that only four of them will pass the test, but Kara dismissed her concerns and forged ahead.

Shortly thereafter, Kara heard a scream. Dev's partner and Kara's boyfriend Kell was found clinging on the edge of a cliff. Kara was unable to save him and he fell to his death. Dev showed up later and claimed to have gotten separated from Kell in the forest. Kara stated that she saw blood on his body, and so Dev unwittingly checked himself before he realized that she tricked him into giving himself away. Dev attempted to kill Kara as well, but she took him down.

Dev-Em was put on trial and found guilty, but the Council was unwilling to carry out the death penalty, so he was kept in custody while they deliberated. Meanwhile Kara was publicly awarded and assigned to command a Scout ship. After the ceremony, Kara met up with her parents and showed them her ship in the hangar with other ships that will take the growth codex to other worlds for terraforming. Her parents gave her a Sunstone to remember them by.

Several days later, the Starship commanded by Kara took off, and two guards that Dev-Em had escaped his cell.

On her ship, Kara checked out the ship systems before she and her crew climbed into their cryo-sleep pods for their ten-year long voyage. Theoretically their cryo-pods shouldn't have allowed them to dream, but Kara dreamt of Kell's death, but this time she was able to fly and save him under a yellow sun.

After ten years had passed, Kara woke up to find her crew dead, they had been murdered by Dev-Em who stole away onboard her ship, although he was given the death penalty, he was released by two councilors that didn't agree to the ruling and send him into space. As she slept Dev-Em murdered her crew and steered the ship towards the Sol System.

Dev attacked Kara, but she fought back. During their struggle their super strength began to manifest under the yellow Sun's influence and they caused damage to the Ship's navigational system. Kara attempts to fly the ship to the nearest planet but Dev attempts to murder her again. Kara fights back and stabs him with the sunstone. Kara attempts to regain control of the spaceship, but it was to no avail as the ship crashed into the ice near the north pole of the third planet.

A hatch opens, and a figure walks out.

Thousands of years later, the ship starts emitting a signal.

So what is the best way to get this Kara Zor-El in the next Justice League movie, Man of Steel movie, or a Supergirl movie in this universe?

There are three ways I can think of.

    1) she snuck out of the cryosleep pod after Superman entered the ship, she snuck past him and Lois Lane and wandered out onto the ice unseen.

    2) like Jor-El she uploaded her mind to the Ship's computer, Zod never found that program when he erased Jor-El from the Ship's memory banks. In the codex there is a sequence of Kara's DNA and a means of downloading her memory into the clone's body, she did the memory upload before leaving the ship back during the ice age, and she never came back to the ship.

    3) form the future the Justice League is fighting Darkseid and an evil Superman under his influence. The Flash has the idea of using his superspeed to go back in time to warn Batman, and in case that didn't work he goes even further back in time to ask for Kara's help. Since Kara too possesses superspeed, she can travel into the future. The future she travels to has been changed by the Flash's warning to Batman. Kara is alone in this unfamiliar future, as the Flash visited her only in her dream, now Kara wanders around Metropolis and Gotham city, looking for the Flash. She finds that her spaceship has been discovered and that she never came back to it in the past, so she decides to stay in the prese t and be a Superhero.

Which method of bringing her to the present do you like best?

I have another idea, a clone of Kara wandered off of the ship after Superman and Lois Lane entered, her memory download from the Ship's computer was imperfect, she think the ship just crashed and Dev-Em is still trying to kill her, and her body is not fully grown, it is body of a 15 year old girl, she runs out into the cold under a yellow Sun, she is inadequately dressed running through the snow in her bare feet, but the cold is not affecting her. After walking some distance into the Canadian wilderness, she sees the ship she was in erupt from the ground and fly away. Kara wanders into an Inuit village and they take her in.
