One has to wonder if Magik created the Dark Riders in part so that once Beast's actions hit the fan entirely and he loses Xavier's blank check to do what he wants for Krakoa's secruity, he can't hide behind the "you don't know what it feels to be me!" argument. Since she can just teleport in her squad of "monsters" to testify that there is no argument in Beast's favor on that end.
Bonus points for one member being one of Dark Beast's creations, so she even has a reference point for current Hank.
