The best group I think. Manifold and Khora's designs are two of my favorites. I get the argument that Frenzy's gown messes with her gender expression but damn that's an excellent visual.

I hope it's scaled back in terms of how wide across the line it is, we don't need a 12 issue event about fashion designs on top of the already endless other events going on

I think so far we only know the superficial plot of the gala. There's most likely a plotline that they haven't divulged as of yet. X-Men #20 involves Mystique. What if is she knows something (perhaps Destiny told her?). With her powers, she could potentially expose Xavier, Magneto, and/or even Moira in a very high profile way. I mean, there is a TRIAL coming up after the gala....

It could be anything, but I think a surprise is going to unfold in a big disastrous way.

Detail, I’m assuming a floppy white shirt under the coat. My only real criticism is not enough blue fur on display.

Dani could have been so much more with her history, culture, and the themes they could have pulled from. Disappointing to be honest, almost as disappointing for me as Karma, who I've always had a soft spot towards. I think Magik gets a pass because while she absolutely looks the best of the set, this image alone is worth the price of admission:
