It's actually super common right now for men and women to wear loafer style shoes with hidden socks.

I notice that many complained about those on designs like Banshee and Pyro, but it really seems to have been a men's fashion trend the past few years. Or at least fashion magazines suggested it to be the case. Considering i never saw any guy walking around in public like that the past 2 years, even those who put effort into their appearance.

Though personaly i find it looks quite "meh".

There’s that meme with the 4 British guys with really tight clothing... I’m pretty sure they’re all rocking this trend. It is a big like fitness influencer plays dress up look, but don’t let that turn you off to it. It’s quite a snazzy look when paired with actual style. Check out the trendier musicians and professional athletes when they’re on the red carpet. Dwyane Wade, for example!

If I read this right to left, I love the looks for Nightcrawler, Colossus, Sunfire (to a lesser extent) and Storm, but they lose me at Banshee, Wolverine isn't even trying (which is totally on-brand for him!) and Warpath, oh lord, those shoulders need to go. Someone to his left is gonna say, 'Hey James?' he's gonna turn and put out his damn eye!

Man, only Jean has it going on here. Warren looks like he should be running a cult, and not a fun cult, the creepy everyone-have-sex-with-dear-leader type of cult. Scott is just boring (so, pretty accurate, I guess). Bobby is all over the place and needs a theme or a clue or a scintilla of taste.

And then there's Cookie Monster auditioning for AC/DC.

If you continue this down the old teams, you will hit a road block at the late 90's it seems. Of the 4 additions only 1 has officialy a Gala outfit so far and it wasn't in the guide. Well another is permanent dead and you could use Magneto as stand in. But that's still 2 missing.

Oh I love this....this is my favorite team as well...it's a shame Dazzler's costume looks so bland because the rest of them look fierce together.

Colossus, Storm, Rogue, Betsy and Havok are on my top ten together with Sunfire, Monarch, Emma, Mystique and Jean.

I think the Giant-Size team is really cohesive though. They look like they're at their class reunion and they're wearing elevated versions of their costumes.

I agree Jean is the winner. I don't actually mind Warren's look, but it could use some tweaks. Cyclops just looks like futuristic for no reason. Iceman was over-designed and what's up with the sunnies? Beast is just bad.
