Posted this in the Emma Frost thread but, it seems that the Hellfire Gala official guide is solicited for next week, it will shows some more of the designs as well as an interview with Emma.

When does the Gala come out? How many issues?

It's 12 but not sequential like X of Swords. Each title in the line has an issue taking place at the gala, but following the regular story of the book, plus a one-shot (Planet-Sized X-Men). Cable and COTA aren't tying in. Cable is ending, but COTA solicit does mention the gala.

Thinking of designs, i wonder if Marrow will have a different outfit if she appears in backrounds of the gala issues, from the one in the "election results" mini-comics? Given her current track record of having a different design between appearances (Marauders-> Women of Marvel -> Man Thing) meant to happen at the moment.

Would be weirdly funny to have her in more outfits than Emma via artistic oversights.

The design of Marrow's top makes it look like a Norse blood eagle. Nice touch.

It literally makes no sense that Chamber has half his face blown off and a constant hole in his chest post-resurrection. He only had that bc he had no control of his powers as they manifest and it resulted in a freak accident. With Hope there for every resurrection, it doesnt make sense that she didnt stabilize his mutation as it manifested so this didnt happen. Power manipulation is literally her powerset and she helped the Five Lights as their powers manifested. We know he doesnt need to channel his powers that way as Synch was able to do so through his hands and AOA Chamber was able to without destroying his upper torso.

I would laugh if Chamber's face-scarf fell off one day and he had a completely normal lower jaw underneath.
