Implied in a page/panel in Spider-Man/Black Cat: The Evil That Men Do, where she remarked in her inner narration about not having a boyfriend or girlfriend at the time. Also, hinted in the last Black Cat series by Jed MacKay, a flashback to her days training as a thief under Black Fox, where she was sitting quite (intimately) close to another woman, and the narration over that flashback was talking about love and/or lovers. Then MC2 Spider-Girl outright had Felicia divorced from Flash Thompson and in a romantic partnership with a woman, who might well be her wife by modern legal standards, since MC2 was set roughly 15 years ahead of then-current Marvel continuity.
The spider is always on the hunt.
I too would like to see Cindy and Felicia cross paths again now that Felicia has finally turned her life back around.
A team up between Black Cat, Silk and Mockingbird could be fun, given how at one point Silk was the one caught in the middle of Mockingbird's attempts to bring down Black Cat's "Queenpin" empire. Now the three of them can all be on the same side.
Given that Bobbi ended up going on to date Spidey briefly after that, it works out to a rather weird trio: Spider-Man's future girlfriend employed his (at the time) current "friend-with-benefits" to spy on and help capture his ex-girlfriend. Oh what a complicated web Spidey's love life weaves.
Guess it depends on whether he considers Felicia a jewel or not....

Black Cat’s actions of the last few years make her rethink who she is.
The price of all the things Felicia and the Black Fox have stolen is finally tallied and the bill is due.
And when a bill involves items from the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Dr. Strange, Iron Fist and Wolverine, you can’t exactly take out a loan.
