I wonder how many women have actually been confirmed.
I guess, since there's like 200 different continuities now, we should specify. I know that Post-Crisis Batman actually never had sex with Catwoman, as was made clear in Hush. The famous incident on the roof in the New 52 was probably their first time ever in canon, apart from the Earth-Two versions being married with a child. Anyone know what issue that was, anyway?
So mainstream comics, I can only think of Talia and Catwoman as confirmed.

I've heard that Batman was shown as being sexually active with Silver St. Cloud in the 1980s, but have never seen any evidence of it.

I think it's as explicit as they could get in 1977. In the early-mid 80s, you have more explicit stuff like Dick and Starfire in The New Teen Titans and Jean Grey with Scott Summers in The Dark Phoenix Saga
