    Congratulations to Stony for a cover which should the Scots "ducked" nothing.

    But now, on a day when a contested piece of real estate is getting new inhabitants, my mind drifts to this "peak of the week" and what the captain has learned form this week's contest. Indeed, in addition to an actual Bond cover, we saw Conan in a classic Bond setting, gambling with a woman by his side. The game with the villain is a Bond movie trope which screams out formula, but we love seeing it. Games are competitions we can go up against our closest friends with intense feelings and still walk away as friends. Why shouldn't our heroes and villains feel the same about these forms of competition? All in all, a fun week.
