Far as I know, is not based on anything.

Steph, maybe. But her whole thing was because Batman was indirectly involved because it inspired her dad to be a knock-off Riddler.

The rest are all pretty big stretches, at best. Dick still abandoning the circus to become an agent without Bruce? Don't see it. Jason going from a street kid to race car driver? I've seen fanfics that do better (with him becoming his own type of vigilante). Damian becoming Aang? Uh, I don't think he would exist in the first place in such a scenario...

I think that the real concept is "what if these kids were never Robin" not "what is Batman didn't exist".

And as far as I understood the reasoning for the thing in-story, it's like @Dark_T has mentioned in that spoiler.

They had Damian being a monk in in the animated movies, and in most modern versions of his origin Dick is taken from the circus and placed in an orphanage before Bruce takes him in.
