This comes down to Tasky VS Homelander and Black Noir and what he could figure out to use against them.

He's going to sleepwalk through everyone else. A-Train can be taken out with some clever planning, Stormfront wouldn't be too much trouble, The Boys just get sniped or torn through depending on his mood, and the majority of the Supes in their world are basically made of paper mache.

Homelander and Black Noir again are the real problems. Maybe if he's able to figure out Black Noir's deal, whether through study or stealing files or whatever, he could arrange for Black Noir to fight Homelander for him and then try to finish him off after.
