Agatha also might grow over time to not be a villain. She was indirectly very helpful and earlier very valid about wanting to shake Wanda from her dream world. And she was the only one to really get through to her. There is some potential there for her to not be all bad.

True. We dont know what motivates her other than wanting access to more magic. She's existed for centuries but we can assume she's been lowkey. She doesnt appear to be out for world domination or is inherently evil. It seems like she was just minding her own business until she sensed the chaos magic and wanted access to it for herself but the show didnt expand upon what she would do with that
We don't know yet if the kids are real. Their spirits have lived on it seems, unless that's a trick.

Vision wasnt real either. They all were magical constructs
We know that they were magical constructs and therefore I dont consider them real. Agatha knew this. I felt more bad for her nearly dropping the soldiers than straddling 2 magical constructs by the neck

They were, as far as we can tell, sentient and had independent. While they couldn't exist without the Hex, I'm not sure that makes them not "real." Of course, I guess it depends on the definition, but needing a special condition to survive isn't in my mind what determines that.
