Marvel already has Youngblood team. They call them X-Force.

Youngblood predates X-Force and even New Mutants. Ad from 1987:

The original New Mutants debuted in the New Mutant graphic novel in 1982. They had their first ongoing in 1983.

But my point stands, they don't need Youngblood when they have X-Force.

Youngblood is basically made of clone of marvel heroes, Hawkeye, Wolverine, Cable, Punisher, The Thing, why Marvel would need it?

Granted, I haven't seen every Liefeld interview, but I don't think he ever tried to hide the fact that most of his characters are knock-offs/"homages" of other established characters. He's not the only one that does it and he won't be the last. It's not my cup of tea, but he has a large following of fans and he keeps getting work, so someone must like it.
