MCU Quicksilver VS DCEU Cheetah

I don't understand why that episode would be relevant. Quicksilver doesn't use his powers at all in his only scene. While he's played by the X-Men actor, there is nothing to suggest that he's actually from that universe. He could be just some rando human with no powers at all. Sure, the reason he was cast in the role was as an easter-egg, but that doesn't translate into him being X-verse Quicksilver.

Even if it is the same Quicksilver it doesn't matter the thread says MCU Quicksilver not xverse.

Also, we would need in-text confirmation that this is the same version of Pietro from the X-men films before we could attribute those feats. At the moment, this version of Pietro, despite being played by the same actor, is featless.
