Wonder Woman of China Peng Deilan who was based on the character Green Snake from Legend of Madam White Snake gets the opening song Qian Nian Deng Yi Hui (1000 years of waiting)

Apparently the song has been used multiple times in different arrangements for different adaptations of the White Snake Legend be it drama or animation (well actually I'm not sure since the one I saw maybe fan made). The original one is from 1992 by Alicia Kao.

He's a hard one to pin down. He's either that dude wrestling the Anti-Monitor at the end of CoIE, thus the divine wrath of the Heavenly Host, or he's vengeance incarnate and the terror that haunts even the blackest souls.

This kind of comes close, it certainly makes him feel creepy, but how do you actually have music for something that... Biblical in scale? Even Latin chanting doesn't feel appropriate. I just don't think any lyrics would really grasp the Spectre. He's almost above language. He's one of those characters where it'd be a playlist of scores rather than one song. But if we're being tasked to bring it down to one song, this is my pick.

The Hawks: Pyramids - Frank Ocean

ngl, I only made this connection because of this thread. it probably speaks more to my personal interpretation of the characters more than a one to one correlation.

THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki

also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.

    currently following:
    • DC: Red Hood: The Hill
    • Marvel: TBD
    • Manga (Shonen/Seinen): One Piece, My Hero, Dandadan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiju No. 8, Reincarnation of The Veteran Soldier, Oblivion Rouge, ORDEAL, The Breaker: Eternal Force

All-time favorite would be the Nightwing theme from TNBA

That's cheating, man. May as well post the John Williams Superman theme for Clark.
