    I read Williamsons whole run but don't remember what Perfect Storm was about. This doesn't ring a bell to me though.

    Basically I think Black Hole/Grodd made some kind of temporal freeze of Central City and the Flash Family had to stop them.

    The armors for the villains here kind of remind me of Black Hole.
