The score made it a hundred times better, the way it builds up as we see the baby's face and finally ringing loudly when it changed to Jon Snow, gives me chills like no other tv scene.

I won't link it because of spoilers, but the last scene from Breaking Bad.
I also love this scene, unfortunately the show never lived up to it's promise.

Hard to say off the top my head. Kill them all scene in season finale of Spartacus season 1. Alot of episodes jump out not scenes.

The last time I was completely blown away by what I saw on TV was Game of Thrones "Spoils of War". That episode when you hear the hooves and then the reveal? WOW!
I can't say if it's my favourite, but it is definitely one of the coolest.
If I had to name a favourite off the top of my head, it would be to be the final scene between Illyria and Wesley in Angel episode "Not Fade Away".
