Kinda feel like they missed the opportunity to do even more Justice League/DC parodies with the alternates. Especially since they did do one with Magneto and the Doom Patrol

Judging by the hand print on her face, it's Echo.

I doubt that they ever will.
For what it's worth, they did use a woman of color for Squadron Sinister's WW analogue a couple of years ago

Echo. She debuted during David Mack's Daredevil run, later made a couple of guest appearances in Bendis New Avenger.

I think when they introduced the evil version for that Squadron Sinister mini-series, she was dark-complected -- and called Warrior Woman (same as the WWII super Nazi introduced in the Invaders during the 1970s).

There is also another Warrior Woman, Hippolyte. But she is not connected with the Squadron.

Is it too much to assume Murder Hornet might be Rita DeMara? Those kind of look like Yellowjacket colors.

In the newly released character design artwork it certainly looks like Rita. Here's hoping as a result of this she's back in full fighting form on the other side of this (assuming she wasn't already...still love the idea of her and the original Swordsman hiding out after having returned to life post-Chaos War).

Kind of makes me think what would happen if Swarm and Wasp had a girl.

I thought that also because of the sketch where it looks like she is bees. It also looks like she has some kind of mechanical wrist jabber-stinger.
