He's not even close to being done. If you look at the very last page of the most recently released issue of Avengers way down at the bottom in small print it tells you essentially what months the book will double ship and one of those months is November.

...How long do you think comic book arcs last?

The FF seemingly being powerless and no X-Men makes no sense considering mutants are born with powers and the FF predate the Avengers...
    Easy skip for me.

Long enough to know that Aaron isn't leaving the book anytime soon.

"Soon" is relative. Typically, an arc of this type in comics lasts five to six issues - that's six months, literally half a year. Even if he's here for another two years, that's only four arcs - very short in terms of long-running comic runs.

Come on now. Clearly writing SS gives the writer carte blanche to do whatever he damn well pleases with the characters. Writing JLA would be the opposite. Read Gruenwald's SS. Fantastic story because he was free to do things he would never be allowed to do with Justice League.

That confirms this is like Flashpoint, after all.

Yeah him not being bitten by the spider makes no sense.

That's meaningless. Especially right now when schedules can be changed at the drop of a hat - or a lockdown. Last year, Avengers only double shipped in January and December, and it skipped April and June entirely. That clearly won't be what the indicia says. This year, there'll be two issues in April and we don't know past that.

Seriously? Squadron Supreme??? I just don't understand the fascination with the JL knock off. If you want to read JL, go read DC. If you want to write it, write for DC.
In 1985, the Squadron Supreme were the focus of a mini-series that was the best Justice League story DC never published. (This was years before DC was publishing comics the caliber of "the Dark Knight Returns" or "Red Son".)

Robinson made a noble effort in 2016, but was derailed by an event. Aaron seems to be writing a spazzier, Englehart-style, Squadron.
Current pull-file: Batman the Detective, Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight, Marvel Dark Ages, Nightwing, Superman Son of Kal-El, Transformers, Transformers: King Grimlock, Warhammer 40,000 Sisters of Battle

If Aaron has Mephisto remove the age of heroes, he still has to deal with everything I just listed.
    But he won't, because he's a hack.
