Default Venom the end. A techno society

So sooner or later we are going to have the black whole living techno organic living computers as an enemy... but someone did handle this first.

Venom the end was a story about the symbiotic useing mutant DNA (madrox and tempest I think) to seed life and create organic life to oppose a techno group lead by AI Tony stark... could this play in here?
In the real world i would be BOTH pro registration and Pro mutant rights. Xavier and Trask were both right.

Maybe. Mutant DNA ultimately being the key to preserving organic life as a whole in defiance of the Artificial Super-Intelligences that wanted to consume and remake the universe in their image sounds like the kind of thing Jonathan Hickman could be building up to or setting the stage for with certain events that were foreshadowed in one of the futures depicted in Powers of X.

Something interesting to consider about such conflicts is that organic life is ultimately just a form of machinery too. Roughly speaking. All life is based on chemical reactions which are the basis for increasingly more complex structures and chain reactions. Which is the same for how technology and machinery works.

Which in turn creates an area of overlap. The more complex and self changing planned machinery becomes, especialy once it allows factors of mistakes and successfull failures to happen, the closer it becomes to organic life.
In turn the more structured and organized organic life becomes, especialy if factors of mistakes and failures are prevented, the closer it becomes to planned machinery.

In stories of organic life vs. machines it's not uncommon for one or both sides to become closer to the other the longer the conflict lasts, to the point where they become difficult to tell appart. The deciding factor being often who is winning.
If the organic side is winning, the machines might become more creative, chaotic and individual.
If the machine side is winning, the organics might become more logical, structured and collective.

However once one or both sides become closer to the other, it can often result in a stalement, leading to a forever war scenario.

Considering how the mutants talk about combining their powers into "technology" it raises the question if Xavier's current master plan isn't just dooming mutants to become closer to machinery too, putting themself onto the path of becomming a telapthic hive mind of purpose designed bodies before being just another Phallanx? All in order to beat the machines at their game and streamline themself for effiency.

That's a very good point you raise, too. Definitely food for thought.

Interesting idea and seeing in Sword that they call it Mutant Technologies I wonder if that is not what Ewing and Hickman are playing with
