Voting on new X-Men team begins tomorrow

Have there been any guesses on who else makes up the team besides Scott, Jean, Polaris, Banshee, Guido, Forge, Marrow, Tempo, Tabitha, Armor, Sunspot and Sam?

What I mean is who is on the team besides Scott/Jean/voted member?

I think Rogue was speculated because Duggan posted a panel of her from his uncanny avengers run. Some also think synch and laura could be on the team because Hickman just did a big story with them, but knowing Duggan is the actual X-Men writer it's a waiting game to see waht happens.

I'm holding out for Banshee but Polaris winning wouldn't be a bad thing. I guess tomorrow's strip will be Lorna and Sean discussing what it would be like to win before a cliffhanger ending with the winner about to be announced.

That's not how Marvel said it would happen but I wouldn't put it past them to throw out a curveball like that. At the very least, whoever ended up in second place has at least generated good interest from the readers and that alone could warrant an expanded role in another book (or ANY role really in Sean's case)

Well they said it ill be Storm's year right? So perhaps she will lead the team and not Scott and Jean. Just a thought I have for a while now, which I like to share.

The speculation of Rogue is heavy on here and other boards due to that twitter picture.

I do hope for some unexpected wild cards, like former MLF or Acolytes members. (I will have a pleasure overdose if they select Scanner and Reaper to become members, I'll die on the spot with a smile on my face).

I'd be happy with either one. It's been ages since Lorna has interacted with Scott and Jean on a regular, on the same squad basis, and Sean hasn't really been used at all in forever.

Well Leah didnt ever really get Lorna. She admitted it herself. Plus I'm wanting to see Pepe's Polaris again. So its not much of a loss for X-Factor since they have a huge team.

Also they're all on the same island. She can make appearances here and there.

We were all expecting Hickman to write the new X-men team so its kind of disappointing that he seems to be pulling back and letting the writing room do a lot of the heavy lifting.

I always thought Storm would end up in the new X-Men book if Jon Hickman was writing it, because he often made it sound like he was the one who had big plans for her. Now that we know Duggan is writing X-Men though, I wonder if Ororo will end up in Hickman's new book instead.

Gerry has been teasing Rogue quite heavily on Twitter so I'm fully expecting her to be part of his team, which I'd be very happy about.

I also fully expect at least a couple of villains to make the cut if we go by the logic "members were voted by Krakoa citizens".
