Default Respect The Power Of ICE

So I'd like a thread with the greatest display of ICE powers. This video is a good start.

I presume Bobby "Ice God" Drake is going to be in the conversation.

And Yukihime from Negima/Uq Holder with her absolute zero ice techniques.

Esdeath from Akame Ga Kill uses ice magic to "freeze" time.

She can also do stuff like manifest a continent sized blizzard of death and create entire armies of soldiers made out of ice.

The single greatest moment of ice power usage in the history of fiction occurred when Elijah Snow encountered Dracula:

Dracula only showed up in this one scene, so presumably not.

Huh... Why is Evangeline going by "Yukihime"?

Also to answer the OP, 8-bit theatre is acting up for me, but Red Mage had a spell called Ice-9 that would apparently freeze everything in the Universe. He cast it into a pocket dimension and it froze everything in the whole dimension.
The MunchKING is Back! And he is AWSOME!

Translates as "Snow Princess," it's just another alias she's adopted over time. Also I wasn't sure on the spelling of her surname (MacDowell vs McDowell) so I went with the one I knew.

I also thought of this. I recall from his notes on developing it Red Mage theorised the spell would only have a purpose if it could it be fired at a hostile neighbouring universe.

So... Ripped off directly from a Kurt Vonnegut book

Less a rip off and more of a direct reference, considering that Ice spells generally max out at 3 or 4, IIRC, and Red Mage is a meta/delusional character who constantly makes pop-culture references to our world that no one in their own universe ever gets.

This is also not a rip-off of Kurt Vonnegut, just a reference:

    Not an exact match, but....

Diebuster - Tycho Science in the Quatre-Vignt-Dix's big move dropped a fair bit of space (as in space-space) down to -1,000,020,000,000 degrees. Got some nice snow around the remains of Jupiter.

Yes, that's physically impossible. That's what the Physics Canceller is for. Gunbuster-verse Humanity does not play around with fighting space monsters.

Because it’s capitalised like an acronym, I keep reading this thread as ‘Respect the Power of In-Car Entertainment’.

I’m imagining epic stories of ridiculously massive car stereos with ultra-powerful sub-woofers.

(Can you tell I really don’t know what I’m talking about? I think I need sleep.)
