I didnt even notice but in the EW article revealing the looks, it confirms they are coleading the team and refer to Scott as her husband

Not really. Its largely been speculation but not quite confirmed. This just reinforced both

I'll just echo what I said in that thread. X-Men Legends #3 gave us some sweet Scott/Jean moments from their X-Factor days. Between them and baby Nathan, the family dynamics are as beautiful as ever.

Thanks, I have a huge soft spot for Jean and Scott, always have had, I think it’s because of starting out reading Uncanny in the early 80s)

(of course, in the fic she’s just thrown Logan out of her bed, and I’m sure you can guess where he ends up, me being me...)

Has it ever been explained why Scott and Jean are still considered to be married after she returned from the dead, when Scott's marriage to Maddie was null and void after she came back? Possibly because Jean restored her legal identity and Maddie didn't?
But then in other corners of the Marvel Universe Hawkeye and Mockingbird's marriages was considered legally void when she came back from the dead.

I don't know if it was ever explained on panel, but the characters around her decided "she will rise again" should be written on her tombstone. I guess maybe they just didn't report her death because they hoped, being the Phoenix and all, she'd come back?
