Rogue's Rogue Galllery

Hi, everyone. If you haven't seen my recent posts in the DC Comics side, I wanted to apologize for earlier posts in asking people's ideas for an underused/underappreciated heroes' rogue gallery. I think I overdid it. In this post, I want to do a possible rogues gallery for Marvel's Rogue. I can't think of anyone in particular, except her biggest arch-enemy: One of her mothers, Mystique. Does anyone else know any particular enemies from any form of media that Rogue has a beef with like Sabertooth for Wolverine. If possible, please put a picture.

I actually made a post about this in the Rogue thread. To paraphrase myself


Vargas fears Rogue because of a prophecy of Destiny's Diaries. He killed Psylocke and attempted to kill Rogue, but Rogue got the better of him. Rogue decided to let him live to teach him a lesson on the tricky nature of destiny.


Pandemic a scientist who used to aide Xavier turned villain. He used DNA samples he stole from Rogue to create serum to give himself an imperfect version of Rogue's abilities without the memory absorption aspect. He captured her to steal that portion as well but failed.


Blindspot was a brief friend of Rogue during her early Brotherhood days. For reasons yet explained she seems to taken Rogue's memories of her and is immune to Rogue's powers. She was responsible for Rogue permanently absorbing Sunfire.

Children of the Vault while probably becoming more of a general X-Men threat, of the two interactions they've had so far with the team, Rogue was heavily involved twice and thus are not very fond of her.

Belladonna as Gambit's ex-wife and leader of the Assassins Guild, she and Rogue have a bit of history. While not always an enemy, Bella played a part in facilitating the death of the first boy Rogue kissed; Cody Robbins.

Wow! I think that covers just about everyone.

You can maybe add a lingering discomfort with Carol Danvers, they aren't enemies anymore but will likely never be BFFs.

More recently she thwarted new villain, Lavish, and also helped disrupt Mojo world.

You could throw in Carol's nasty doppelganger from another dimension, the one that hasn't been seen since 2006. Now Rogue's gotten some muscle and can strike from a distance, it might make an interesting rematch.

Just a one-shot villain, but she did target Rogue and Gambit specifically.

She and Rogue haven't actually interacted, but Amalgam would be an interesting villain for Rogue, considering she is probably an alternate future version of the character.
