Currently it has to be Flash. For a while it was arguably GL, but WB ruined that like they do pretty much everything they touch.

Flash or GL. During John's run GL was probably 4th but based on more recent shows/movies I'd say Flash is #4 at the moment.

I second Robin. It’s not too weird to see him pal-ing around with those three. If we’re talking Leaguers, I say Flash because his rogues gallery is more iconic (tm) than Lantern.

Its Robin/Dick Grayson at #4, and its not even that close. Not only does he predate those outside the trinity, but has been a staple in DC comics ever since.
