    If i was going by just pure looks it would be Monarch. I have always loved the look of that armor with it just looking so sinister and powerful. It is a shame DC has never figured out a way to use the character in a way that was not disapointing.



    I also really like the modern version of the Rocket Red armor alot. They are sleek yet still look powerful. I wish would see more of them.
