ok I was wondering if the punisher has limits ? ok let me word this differently... dose the punisher kill all bad guys or just the hardcore ones ? I know he goes after the mob, serial killers rapests and child killers. but what about basic muggers, jay walkers and teenage hoods ? for example would he kill a 14 year old kid who was a child gangbanger ?

Well, how i long know, most of the time, he wont attack innocents or minor crimes, like jay walking; but if you are 10-year-old rapist, he will kill you without remorse or hesitation.

It's not the first time he gives a chance to kids who are with gangs and let them go. But it always depends on what they did or do in that gang.

It seems like it kind of depends on his mood as well. He has left some gangstas alive inthe past after getting information from them. He has also blasted them in the face right after.

He pretty much kills any criminal who causes HARM. He woudlnt' shoot a jay walker but he would straight up murder a child gang banger lol

Punisher can prioritize.

If there are two crime families in a neighborhood and one deals drugs and the other does bookmaking,
he'll virtually ignore the gambling ring in favor of attacking the drug dealers.

He hates all criminals but he specifically targets violent criminals for death.

Non violent criminals aren't really a priority for him

Quite a lot of it is an age thing - if you're young he's more inclined to scare the s**t out of you but let you live (once), but if you're a habitual criminal then you're dead, no two ways about it. In the MAX run he killed not only a corrupt executive of a company but also most of the biggest shareholders (who weren't in on the plan at that point) but to me that remains Ennis' only real misstep in a magnificent run - and that arc was more about Barracuda anyway.

I thought it was cool how Frank resisted Ghost Rider's penance stare because he has no single regret about the thousands of murders he has probably done by now.

He wouldn't kill a jay walker, but he has killed children before. If they're very young then he usually has a small dilemma, if they're at a point where they can still be redeemed then he MAY give them a chance.

In the Punisher MAX series, Frank mentions an incident where he killed a child soldier. He understood that the boy was just a victim of circumstance, but knew he was too fucked up to ever live a life outside of crime, and so Frank puts him out of his misery.

What a guy, right?
