To clarify, current Charles gets his portable Cerebra helmet (which he wears pretty much CONSTANTLY, so it's like his standard equipment) and can walk these days. I figured if Max gets a bunch of blood to continually supply his body with fuel so he doesn't hemorrhage to death, then Charles gets his standard gear as well.
Jean, as far as I'm aware in Hickman's run, is at her standard "omega-level mutant" power levels, just not a Phoenix avatar any more.
Also, I believe Ultra-Humanite has some pretty decent psychic/mind control feats of his own.
