Does all of this confusion make sense to anyone?

It's Aaron. Adding nonsense to the Phoenix is normal.

Whenever Avengers books deal with mutant stuff without actually having any mutants on their roster or dealing with the ramifications to mutants, I just ignore it in regards to X-Men canon. That doesn't mean that it isn't canon, but that it doesn't affect what has been established as canon in the X-Men books and so can be ignored until a crossover that deals with it. The Avengers should keep their trash to themselves, but unfortunately they have to affect X-Men concepts since they run their own ideas into the ground so often.

Odin does tire pretty easily, with him needing those week-long naps and all. Meanwhile Scott had his stamina built up by certain bottle blonde...

What's funny is that both those statements have been canon for quite some time...

Maybe the PF is messing with him. I can't see Aaron getting away with it. Pointless with very little payoff. Hell he didn't even get a beloved child

Two mutants can make a human child. So no just having a mutant parent doesn't make you a mutant. You need to be born with the X gene. Now it's not common for that to happen but it can. So no Thor is not suddenly a mutant.

Maybe he's waiting on puberty for the xgene to activate. Anyway, Selene explained the difference between human, mutant and god. Its the power of the soul.

1 god soul is 1000 mutant souls and 1 mutant soul is 1000 human souls

That makes sense to me somehow when i think of Storm holding the consciousness of eternity.

At this point I don’t care enough to have a problem with this person say. I guess it’s partially because they killed Frigga off in the movies and they want ways to tie the X-Men and the Avengers together. So Cavelast Phoenix is basically a previous incarnation of Jean.

Meaning whenever Jean becomes Phoenix again her son Thor will be coming over to hang with her other children and Odín will beat up Scott, Logan, and Bishop. Or maybe all four can do nasty things together.
