Thor could very much well be half mutant. Since he is a hybrid he has a higher chance of keeping his x gene and it not getting watered down with human genetics. A lot of mutant hybrids almost always keep the mutant status of their parent.
Examples:
-Namor. -Adam X. -Deviant/Mutant hybrid kids -Hybrid
-Namorita -Lifeguard -Llyrra Morris. -Meggan Puceanu
-Abigail Brand -Slipstream -Nia Noble
-Xandra -Pixie -Tier Sinclair
Breeding with inhuman results in human or inhuman chidren because the x gene gets cancelled out. Human and mutant breeding can result in flatscans hence Graydon Creed.
