You seem to have shorted the JL a lot of their heavy hitters. Unless he got a big powerup in DCNU, the Creeper is just the north side of useless here.
As for the actual fight:
-Cyborg should have the AoE to take Deathstroke
-John should at least be able to stall Sinestro before others can join in
-Shazam can take Black Adam
-If Nu-Firestorm has the oomph to make blue Kryptonite, that takes care of Bizarro.
-Hawkman and Hawkgirl can probably get Cold and Manta before moving on to Luthor
But that still leaves a lot of holes in the JL's defense that for the League to exploit.
