Does any Superheroes always sleep with their pajamas on ?

Most of the comics from past to present, I couldn't find any one of them since most of the guys alway sleep with their boxers or pajamas pant on only. I don't know because so far I couldn't found one.

I'd also say Reed Richards too, but I think they both just wear the bottoms.
