Rogue will have a brief cameo in #9, according to Sina. Nothing significant, though.

truth be told, he isnt doing anything in his series, he hasnt been able to do before. The problem is he rarely got focus, so these feats werent really highlighted. I dont see how the series kills his viability in a team setting, especially when there have been more powerful characters than him whom this wasnt an issue for
It's true that he's done stuff like this before, but his confidence seems to be growing. And the other thing is that since he's solo here, we see these more impressive uses of his powers more consistently than when's on a team. Of course other characters like Storm or Rachel do seem less powerful when they're on teams, so I guess that's par for the course.
But that's the thing isn't it? When it comes to addressing continuity -- particularly within the X-Men mythos-- its the more subtle uses of addressing relationships, history, etc that IMHO really sell it. Because that's how life is. We aren't ALWAYS interacting with those we love, on a face to face basis and in the case of Rogue and Iceman and where they're both at, personally, I find it commendable that's he's finding ways -- however big or small -- to pepper those wink/nods to fans.
I wish more writers would.
So, other Iceman fans: hopes that Bobby will be in Red with Jean?
I'd also love if Northstar were there too ngl while we're on that subject. Bobby and JP need to be besties.

Iceman in X-men Red please! Yeah it would be great for him to be on the team with Jean. It sounds like the premise will be something different, like how X-treme X-men was about finding Irene's diaries.
