Oh well yes and no. You see Death of the Inhumans did happen which acted like basically all the Inhumans died. But then Marvel Rising comics which look to be in the 616 universe due to it mentioning past events and Iso one of the ones they confirmed not killed and is in earth. As well Gotg by Cates also said Inhumans are hiding.

So June has the Guardians facing off against S.W.O.R.D.
I had a feeling the two would crossover at some point, although I don't know if the Sword title will touch upon this.

I don't mind if this is just an arc that is solved in a couple of issues, it feels like Ewing can get enough mileage out of it without overstaying the welcome.

He is the writer for both right? It isn't uncommon for writers on the same book to have crossovers like this that run for 4-6 parter (2-3 for each). Still 2 cosmic forces who fight for safety of other, though there different views and goals can bring conflict. One could say some Months of Shame.

Just need the right writer to bring them back, that's why I am really hoping for Ewing's GotG.
