Doom I think is more there there to build up to Slott's planned crossover with the First Race alluded to in Empyre. It seems like the multiple teams are there to cover more ground in terms of stuff Marvel/Ewing wants to develop for other stories/crossover such as the new Kree-Skrull Empire, whatever stuff with Quasar (seems like they are picking up crumbs from Grunewald's run of multiple Quasars) and probably the revamped Olympians.

That was a really good conclusion to the book's first year. Loved how creative some of the fights got. I'm going to miss Cabal on this book.

Great issue. Have really enjoyed Cabal's artwork on the series, especially the full page spreads that show the action radially in smaller panels.

Just wanted to say Issue 13 was very good this current team much like I thought outclasses the current Avengers easily. Doom is Doom how he fits into this will be interesting, the little remnants from Empyre like all the undressed questions seem to be getting addressed the new Skree Throneworld ran by my boys Wiccan & Hulkling honestly needs to be decorated asap!

I also enjoyed the issue. In terms of continuity, I think I caught references to the current Iron Man and New Mutants books when Kl'rt is monitoring the galaxy.

Haven’t enjoyed guardians this much in years, loved the uniforms, line ups and where this is heading.

Art was decent but this deserved someone like Larraz, Asrar or Booth because it was great.

Ended up getting physical copies of 13, 14 and 15 because I loved the joining covers as well.

Issue was good, only thing I hated were the uniforms, they were a snoozefest and practically destroyed the characters' personalities.

Liked the explanation regarding Avril, wonder how it will develope.

Really liked this issue. The quasar thing has shades of Starhawk. Isn't quasar like the great great great grandfather of Starhawk or something?

Really don't like the Wendell/Avril shared body thing....always hated that trope. There are 2 quantum bands...separate them and give them both one.

This was a really good issue.

I don't hate the uniforms but Nova should not be wearing that jacket.

I don't mind the Wendell/Avril shared body switching, for now, I'll like to see where Ewing goes with it.

All the members except for Hercules made an appearance in this issue.
