We have new info about the Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur cartoon.

Actor and singer Diamond White (The Bold and the Beautiful, Disney's The Lion Guard) will star as Lunella Lafayette, aka Moon Girl. She will be joined by Alfre Woodard (Marvel's Luke Cage) as Lunella's grandmother, Mimi; Libe Barer (Sneaky Pete) as Lunella's best friend and manager, Casey; Sasheer Zamata (Saturday Night Live) as Lunella's mom, Adria; Jermaine Fowler (Superior Donuts) as Lunella's dad, James Jr.; Fred Tatasciore (Marvel's Avengers Assemble) as Devil Dinosaur; and Gary Anthony Williams (Disney Junior's Doc McStuffins) as Lunella's grandfather, Pops. Series executive producer Laurence Fishburne will voice the recurring role of The Beyonder, who is described as "a curious and mischievous trickster."

She’s around 8 or 9 in the comics but I think they aged her up so that Diamond Whites voice can better fit the character.

I won’t be surprised if she won’t have powers at all in this series, considering Marvel probably still sees the Inhumans as a radioactive brand.

Corrected it. Disney does not CARE about entitled fans not liking something unlike the comic side. Wanda Vision, Ms Marvel and Moon Girl are proof of that.

I hope that this show eventually can have guest stars, especially the 'traditional' child heroes of Marvel like Power Pack. I don't care about continuity for this show, so the Power kids can be their initial ages, here. Franklin and Valeria Richards, too.
