No thank you, I am not going to dogpile on Howard, but what about her disjointed writing in Excalibur convinced ANYONE she was ready for a second title let alone a title like X-Corp which so many were excited about?

I am glad that Angel got a book but I won't buy anything from Tini Howard ever.
I already got enough of frustration from her Excalibur.

Lol how is that what you took from this interview? It sounds like she worked on and re-tooled the same concept to make it better and that she felt now was the right moment for the book.

I’ll give it a try, but really hope Monet’s skin tone gets fixed.

Well thankfully that's not what she said at all? Of course a book that was planned at the start of the Krakoa status quo needs to be reformulated to work in a different setting

The article makes it clear that it was always her own pitch

Yeah, hoping that they colored and approved these pages quickly just to have color pages to debut with the announcement and that the final copy will be better

Like the concept. Not as sold on cast or creative team, but I’ll give it a shot.

Please, please, please let this mean she won't be writing Excalibur for much longer! Sorry to all those who were looking forward to an X-Corp book.

Well, at least it finally came out.

Does this mean the Moira X series was the one that was cancelled?

Does this mean Tini is leaving Excalibur?

The concept is straightforward enough that Tini will probably not mess it up. Considering how much she's improving in Excalibur, I'm quite excited for this! I'm just hoping she stops developing stuff off-panel and actually fix things.

And for God's sake, someone tell Gho to fix Monet's color.

Her strike force book was just disjointed as Excalibur. I don't know why marvel signed a exclusive with her

Moira X will most likely not be a solo story anymore. They'll probably change it to an ensemble cast, slap a bigger cast for the current life and then tell Moira's story differently.

Monet's problem isn't just the color, the nose is ... decidedly not Monet's nose.
