I'd like a Thor concept that is a little bit closer to the Norse Mythology version. In that Loki was a little more complex and not completely evil like the comics made him out to be

Since mine will be set in the past, he might have that flowery language.

Looking at using Loki in this? If so you might want to try and avoid any traits that would make people compare him to Marvel's Loki. As mentioned in the original thread make Loki a little closer to the source material. For instance Loki, depending on the version, has red hair. That and removing the alien aspect that the MCU uses is a definite. Make them actually be Gods instead of aliens with nifty tech

One who is all red hair, red beard, the husband of Sif, father of a valkyrie, talk of all his names. His fight with Jörmungandr would rock and end with ragnarok as the sequel!

He was more of a trickster; sometimes assists the gods and sometimes causes problems for them.

To avoid being sued. What about appearance? What would you want Thor and Loki to look like?
I was thinking this. Loki is on the left?

    Which look is best.
(1)Clean cut, (2)rough and ready, or (3)mature? Which do you like most in order.

Is that what he is in the movie? Haven't seen them. What if I were to make him fight an alien. Would that get a pass?

Mature it is. Makes more sense. James Bond is mature and therefore appeals to a wider audience.

The clothing attire is somewhat but the physical appearance of Loki has a rather masculine appearance while the comics and film depict Loki on the slender side and Loki's hair is rather red in color compared to the raven haired Loki from the comics. Also in the source material he's not just a shapeshifter but is also linked to fire. Hence the fire background

Is Thor as arrogant as he is in the movies?
How does Thor treat and interact with women?
How does Loki compare in size to Thor?
How do they both feel about humans/mortals?

What if his costume was all one colour. All black or all burgundy?
