    The "M" in "WMD" takes on a whole new meaning. Somehow Aphrodite A's, um, offensive capabilities were allowed by the censors of the time.

    I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
    A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

    Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
    Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

    It seems that pretty much all female robots in pop culture are influenced by the designs of the first such, from Metropolis released in 1927...

    But she was created to take human form. Something all the robots that were based on her design ignore.
