Klaatu in the remake had like... contact machine control or something. I think Neo's technopathy kind of already covered that.

John Wick is a murder machine but he just adds additional skill to Neo's big boi stats.

Villain in Man of Tai Chi is more kung fu which Neo has in spades.

Constantine gives him a knowledge of the occult I guess.

The Lake House makes him an architect.

47 Ronin gives him... some samurai... magic stuff... I don't remember I dropped out of the movie in the first 20 minutes but I think there was some chi magic in there.

Neo is doing most of the heavy lifting here I think.

Having played Cyberpunk 2077 (didn't finish it though, I'll wait for it to be patched ), Johnny Silverhand adds some regen to the composite. I don't remember if Neo had regen outside of Trinity's kiss resurrecting him in the first movie.
