Doesn't Waverider have some good speed feats? Firelord is one of the Heralds who really... doesn't.

Nobody’s disputing he has travel speed, but he has no discernible reaction speed feats, which is what matters in a combat situation against someone who can actually hurt him.

Waverider can step outside of time and freely manipulate energy on a pretty epic scale.
now... as I recall he doesn't have the big gun level feats of a Herald but he's got esoterics and he's really hard to kill.
Barring Firelord being able to mess with time, Waverider should beat him, surely?
